I came in for a dental emergency, and as someone who has always experienced anxiety around dental visits, I deeply appreciated Dr. Park’s approach. She took the time to review my X-rays with me in detail, clearly explain what had occurred, and walk me through each step of the process. I shared my concerns, and she addressed every one with patience, clarity, and genuine understanding. Throughout the procedure, she remained highly communicative, letting me know what to expect, how long each step would take, and reassuring me that I could pause at any time if needed. It was clear she was fully present and thoughtful in her work, taking every precaution to ensure the area was thoroughly treated and carefully protected. Tiffany was equally outstanding. She anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, offering water, suction as often as needed, and even bringing me a blanket to ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Park ensured my prescriptions were submitted and ready for pickup, provided a doctor’s note for my employer, and coordinated all necessary follow up care.
