Incredible experience from the front office to the oral surgeon and assistants. Everyone was really helpful and actually cared about my experience. Dr Hamidi and her assistants were amazing. Ashley helped me out front an she was amazing as well. Overall great experience.

Walking into Wilsonville Smiles Dentistry felt less like a dental visit and more like catching up with an old friend, and that’s thanks to Ashley at the front desk. From the moment I stepped in, she made me feel completely at ease, like we’d known each other for years. Her warm, upbeat personality is pure gold in this industry. She didn’t just check me in, she walked me through every step in detail, made sure I understood everything, and even jumped in to assist me when I was in the most pain. That, my friends, is customer service at its finest. Ashley went above and beyond the entire time, other receptionists, take notes, because this is the bar. Then came Dr. Susan Lai, who was nothing short of extraordinary. Her professionalism, skill, and calm approach turned what could have been a stressful experience into something smooth and reassuring. And I can’t forget Benjamin Farham, this man deserves a standing ovation. His precision, attention to detail, and ability to make me feel zero pain during a root canal was nothing short of miraculous. There are few dentists like him out there, and I’m beyond grateful for his expertise. The truth is, almost everyone here is amazing, but Ashley, Dr. Lai, and Benjamin truly stand out as the dream team. If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go!! From the staff at the front desk, to the person doing x-rays to the dentist herself, I could not have been treated better. They took the time to explain things clearly and were so kind. I wound up needing to have oral surgery today at the same office, and again, I cannot praise them enough. Kind and compassionate, just the best treatment I have ever had at a dentist!!
